Your Rooftop.
Your Revenue Stream.
Traditional cell tower leases are nearly impossible to get. World Mobile’s AirNode hosting makes earning from your property accessible to anyone with a rooftop, building, or outdoor space. No equipment to buy. No technical skills needed. Reward terms negotiated directly between you and the Operator.
Cell Tower Lease vs. AirNode Hosting
The traditional path to earning from your property requires a carrier to come to you. That almost never happens. Here is how AirNode hosting compares.

How Hosts Earn
Hosts earn a share of AirNode rewards based on terms negotiated directly with the Operator. If you are also the Operator (Host-Operator), you receive the full share of net revenue. Rewards scale with subscriber activity in your coverage area, and payments arrive monthly as USD or USDC.
-
1
Subscriber Traffic
Every call, text, and data session processed through the AirNode at your location generates network fees that translate into your rewards.
-
2
Uptime Bonus
Consistent power and internet at your site means higher reward multipliers. The network rewards hosts who keep their location online and reliable.
-
3
Network Growth
As more subscribers join World Mobile in your area, the AirNode at your property handles more traffic and your rewards increase over time.

Flexible Terms
Reward sharing between Hosts and Operators is negotiated privately. If you own the hardware and the property (Host-Operator), you keep the full share of net revenue.
Property Requirements
You do not need technical skills, expensive equipment, or a perfect location. Here is what qualifies.
Reliable Power
Your property needs consistent electrical service. AirNodes draw minimal power but need to stay online for optimal rewards.
Internet Connection
A stable internet connection (wired preferred) for the AirNode to backhaul data. Standard home or business internet works for most models.
Suitable Location
Rooftop, exterior wall, or elevated outdoor space with reasonable line of sight. Higher elevation means better coverage range and higher rewards.
Physical Access
The installation team needs one time access for setup. After that, the device operates autonomously with remote monitoring.
Property Rights
You must own the property or have written authorization from the owner to host equipment. Renters can participate with landlord approval.
Bellingham Area
We are currently accepting host applications in the greater Bellingham and Port Angeles areas across our 7 licensed hexes.

Why the Pacific Northwest?
Bellingham and the surrounding PNW region have unique coverage needs. Mountainous terrain, rural communities, coastal areas, and a growing population create demand that traditional carriers ignore because the infrastructure cost is too high for them.
HexyNodes operates 7 licensed hexes covering greater Bellingham and Port Angeles. Every host site we add extends coverage further into the community. Properties with elevation, such as hilltops, multi story buildings, and farms with clear sightlines, are especially valuable to the network.
